Grace Properties was born in 2018 out of a desire to create an agency that could function free from corporate boundaries and limitations. We wanted to build an agency that could demonstrate absolute individualism and unique character and we wanted no red tape in terms of where we operated. We are proud that we have achieved this dream, through trying times with the pandemic, Grace Properties stands strong, now employing a number of Property Practitioners and operating across a wide geographic space. Our intention is to remain an intimate, “Boutique” style of agency where relationships matter most.

Our Property Practitioners are carefully selected as they necessarily become part of the Grace family and embrace our core values and ethos. Training is a huge focus area to ensure our clients benefit from the BEST care as well as the BEST knowledge and experience.

Our Principal, Marcelle Jooste is a fully qualified Master Property Practitioner with 33 years of experience in the sales and marketing environment, 12 years of which in the property industry.
